Ken Lena is a Phoenix-area Realtor and co-founder of The Lena Group, a husband-and-wife real estate team he leads with his wife, Lisa. Together, they help buyers and sellers throughout North Phoenix, the North Valley, and the greater Phoenix area make confident real estate decisions with personal guidance, strong communication, and a relationship-first approach.

Before entering real estate, Ken spent 14 years as a police officer in Illinois. That experience shaped the way he approaches his business today, with integrity, calm communication, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to protecting the people he serves.

After moving his family to Arizona, Ken and Lisa built The Lena Group around a simple belief: real estate should feel personal, not transactional. They want clients to feel like they have trusted local advisors in their corner, not just agents completing a transaction.
