Ken Lena is a Realtor and co-founder of The Lena Group, a family-run Arizona real estate team he built alongside his wife and fellow REALTOR®, Lisa. Based in the North Phoenix area, Ken helps buyers and sellers navigate some of life's biggest moves with personal guidance, honest communication, and a relationship-first approach to real estate.

Originally from the Chicago area, Ken spent 14 years as a police officer in Illinois before he and Lisa made the decision to move their family to Arizona and begin a new chapter. That experience continues to shape the way Ken approaches real estate today. Integrity, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and looking out for the people who put their trust in him aren't simply business principles — they're part of who he is.

Since becoming a Realtor in Arizona, Ken has built his business around being the kind of agent clients know they can call, text, and rely on throughout the entire process. He believes buying or selling a home shouldn't feel intimidating or transactional. His job is to simplify the process, explain what's happening, handle the details, and help his clients make confident decisions while actually enjoying the experience along the way.

Ken works with buyers, sellers, families relocating to Arizona, new construction buyers, luxury home clients, and those looking for unique properties, acreage, and land. He has extensive experience throughout North Phoenix and the North Valley, including Anthem, Norterra, Sonoran Foothills, Tramonto, New River, Desert Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, North Scottsdale, and communities throughout the greater Phoenix area.

Ken has been recognized as a Best of Zillow Premier Agent, Agent of the Quarter, and a member of the 2019 Honor Club. While he's grateful for the recognition, what matters most to him are the relationships behind the transactions. Many clients become friends, and much of Ken's business has grown through repeat clients, referrals, and people who trust him enough to introduce him to their family and friends.

Ken and Lisa built The Lena Group around the belief that real estate should be about people and relationships first. As a husband-and-wife REALTOR® team, they work closely together while bringing their own strengths and personalities to the business. Their goal is to give every client the personal attention of a family-run business backed by the experience, knowledge, and resources needed to successfully navigate today's Arizona real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Ken's life revolves around his family, faith, and community. He and Lisa are raising their four children in Arizona and have developed deep roots in the North Valley. Ken enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, exploring Arizona, and being involved in the local community he is proud to call home.
