Ken Lena is a Phoenix-area Realtor and co-founder of The Lena Group, a husband-and-wife real estate team he leads with his wife, Lisa. Before entering real estate, Ken spent 14 years as a police officer in Illinois. That experience shaped the way he approaches his business today, with integrity, calm communication, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to protecting the people he serves. After moving his family to Arizona, Ken and Lisa built The Lena Group around a simple belief: real estate should feel personal, not transactional. They want clients to feel like they have trusted local advisors in their corner, not just agents completing a transaction.
